Try this orange smoothie recipe for a bright, delicious drink at breakfast or snack time. So healthy, so good!
There’s nothing like a bright smoothie to get your day off to a great start. This orange smoothie recipe tastes as vibrant as it looks. It’s creamy and not too sweet, just how I like my smoothies.
Orange Smoothie Tips
I love the creaminess that full-fat coconut milk lends to smoothies. You can easily make your own coconut milk, but if you’re buying it, look for a kind without additives.
A high-powered blender can handle the orange and carrot, making a perfectly smooth smoothie despite the dense ingredients. If you don’t have a strong blender, I recommend steaming the carrot first so it’s soft enough to puree into this smoothie. For an extra cold and thick drink, use sliced frozen bananas.

Did you just use the juice from the orange? Or peel it and throw the whole thing in?
I use the whole orange (minus the peel).
