This orange yogurt parfait is an easy, healthy snack that kids can make themselves.

We all get cravings for sweets at some point during the day.

Don’t we? Or is that just me? It’s usually in the afternoon for me, right about when my kids come home from school. This is why I always try to have lots of fresh fruit on hand.

Whenever they make it to our market, I love to see those little mandarin oranges in the produce aisle. They’re such a sweet treat, they’re just as satisfying as candy. Since this is one of my favorite kinds of fruit to have in my produce drawer, I’m happy to partner with Cuties to share this easy orange yogurt parfait recipe.

Cuties are the perfect sweet alternative to candy!

When my daughter heads to her room to do homework, I love to see her go up the stairs with a Cutie in her hand. The vitamin C and fiber in this fresh fruit is just the thing to keep her going at this point in the day.

And with my son’s sports schedule, we’re always looking for healthy snacks to get him through games and practices. Cuties are the perfect choice because they’re so compact and easy to peel.

Sometimes we use mandarins to build an even more filling snack when the kids are especially hungry. This sweet orange yogurt parfait is a healthy homemade treat that includes extra calcium and protein from the yogurt. The flavor of the mandarins is so delicious and sweet, very little additional sweetener is needed.

Kids can make this orange yogurt parfait recipe all by themselves when they’re looking for something yummy to get them through the afternoon.

Try my tropical yogurt parfait for another easy, satisfying snack.

This looks so tasty! Is Cuties a variety of mandarin or a company that sells mandarins? I’ve never come across this before, so I’m very curious!
