This recipe is especially easy to make because I usually have all the ingredients on hand. I keep chopped frozen mango in the freezer, and the rest of the ingredients are standard pantry items in my kitchen.
The flavor combination in this mango salad dressing is sweet and fruity, and it’s a great complement to any type of green salad. This dressing makes a tasty topping for chicken or salmon, too.
Step by Step Instructions for Mango Salad Dressing
Step One: Prepare the ingredients
Gather the mango, vinegar, oil, honey, and salt. If you’re using frozen mango, defrost it first. If you’re using fresh mango, remove the peel and chop the mango into one-inch pieces.
Step Two: Add ingredients to blender
Using a high-powered blender or food processor, place all the ingredients in the blender.
Step Three: Process the ingredients
Process the mango salad dressing ingredients in the blender until smooth. Start on a slower setting, and gradually increase the blender speed. Scrape down the sides if needed.

This dressing is delicious on just about any salad. A simple green salad with red bell pepper, cucumbers, and red onion tastes great with this dressing. I love it on a spinach strawberry salad as well.

I just made this in appropriate for any vegan and/or persons who do not keep any alcohol cooking products on hand: I subbed maple syrup for honey and apple cider vinegar. You want to scale back a bit on the vinegar and maybe add a bit of purified water depending on your preference. It works REALLY well. Thank you for this recipe. It tastes so good.
