This maple soy salmon is a healthy dinner recipe full of delicious flavor! It’s so easy to make this 3 ingredient recipe. (dairy-free)

I like to serve salmon for dinner once every couple weeks. It’s a light fish that doesn’t taste too fishy, and it’s a healthy source of protein.
This maple soy salmon is such a simple way to prepare salmon. The delicious marinade is just two ingredients. You could also add fresh garlic and ginger to the marinade to make it even more flavorful.
Marinate the fish in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes for best results. Then bake it in an uncovered dish in the oven for about 15 minutes at 400 degrees, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees.
Serve this salmon with Instant Pot potato salad and ginger lime Asian slaw for a healthy, delicious dinner.
