This fall quinoa breakfast bowl is a healthy, delicious breakfast recipe that was inspired by some beautiful bowls at the new Cost Plus World Market in Hyannis, MA.
Cost Plus World Market is one of my favorite stores for kitchen supplies, dishes, and kitchen fabrics. I was happy to learn that they were opening a second store here in Massachusetts, and even happier to be a part of the store’s grand opening events.
The new store, located in Hyannis on Cape Cod, opened its doors a couple weeks ago to lots of new shoppers looking for unique products from around the world. I was at the store for a special blogger event last week, where I hosted a recipe demo table. I chatted with lots of shoppers as they sampled Maple Pumpkin Butter Brie Bites. Everyone was impressed by the delicious fall flavor of the store’s own maple pumpkin butter.
After the recipe demo, I got to do some shopping of my own. This spacious new store is full of fun, affordable items for the home. I’m mildly obsessed with all the colorful bowls at Cost Plus World Market, and I zeroed in on a cute new set of rice bowls that I’ll use for a lot more than rice!
I like having a variety of different bowl sizes in my cabinet. That way, I always have just the right bowl for the occasion. These fun rice bowls are the perfect home for my fall breakfast quinoa recipe. Quinoa is very filling, so you really only need a small portion to start your day. This recipe tastes like fall, and it’s a nice break from the typical bowl of oatmeal.
